We purchased our Atlantic Signature van in May 2023. We were impressed by the quality of the build and included features. The sales staff were knowledgeable and provided all the information we required to make our decision. Two days into our first trip in June we experienced an issue with a brake, on contacting Sam at OurvanRV he went above and beyond to ensure the problem was rectified with minimum delay and stress. 5,000kms later we are very impressed with both our van and the customer service provided. Would definitely recommend both.

Very fast turn around replacing my Caravan AC unit which was very much appreciated. Very nice people to deal with as well. Not that I needed a detailed explanation but my only feedback is that after spending $3.5k it would have been nice to have a handover to demonstrate how the unit worked and performed when I picked my Van up.
The service from the sales staff and maintenance team at Ourvan RV was wonderful. We purchased a used van from them and there was a fault with the side lights. This was rectified while we went for lunch. They even helped to adjust the electric brake when we hooked up the van. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Happy to reccomend.
We booked to get our Snowy River caravan's 1000km service done. The phone appointment was handled veryprofessionally and on our arrival, Phil was great attending to all our requests. The van was ready before the promised time and all works done were perfectly.nWe strongly advise to use these Guys any time you need anything done to your caravan. A very professional outfit.
