Very friendly and professional team, great clean waiting area and so relaxing atmosphere. It was my first time there we visited GP, did pathology test, Brain CT scan and pharmacy all have done just in 1/5 hour or less. Safe covered parking.nThe pathology guy was so expert and he did blood test in first try as it usually takes so many tries in other places as my daughter has so deep and hide veins.nIn total I’m so happy for finding this place in 25-30 min drive to our place which is open till 10 pm even weekends and holidays.nRecommend this centre 100% to every one I know.
The service, from reception to the dental appointment, was very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I was treated by Dr. Del and her assistant, Leo, who also speaks Spanish. This helped me feel much more at ease and better understand everything the doctor explained, as Leo translated anything I didn’t understand.nnDr. Del is very patient and calm, always respectful of the time you may need during the appointment. The entire experience was excellent. I felt a little nervous at first, but thanks to the kindness and support of the staff, I gradually felt more relaxed and comfortable.
Doctors are very knowlegeable and professional. Always well looked after got referral for tests and specialists when needed. I found the clinic convenient, parking available, pharmacy attached to clinic, pathology on site, radiology on sie. Very fast and efficient service.
I have been to this medical center for many times. All the doctors I met till today were very good and very kind. But today I had the worst experience of my life with Dr. JAHARLAL SAHA. I went there to receive my test result and he just printed the results and handed me. I waited for his further response and he asked me why are you waiting? I told him i am waiting for the results explanation and he told me, “here is the results you can just read it. Its just a number not any rocket science”. Is that the way any doctor treat their patients? I was so shocked by hus response. Worst dr i have ever met.
I presented to this clinic with a burn on my hand sustained from boiling water. I didn’t realise the severity of it at the time and presented to the doctor the following morning when the skin had bubbled up with blisters all over my hand and the skin had turned a dark colour. The doctor did not examine my hand - it was a very quick appt and he gave me burn cream and told me not to pop the blisters.nOnly after telling a friend who works as a paramedic what happened she told me that I needed to present to the ED. When I did so the nurses were horrified that I had been turned away by the GP with burn creme. The burn cream I was given had silver in it, which was apparently not helpful and it was quite a painful process for the nurses to then clean the burn cream from the burn before they could treat the wound. It turned out to be a third degree burn that required the debriding of all the skin on that hand with daily dressing changes for 3 weeks. They told me that it was extremely dangerous to have a severe burn in that spot as if one of the blisters burns I could potentially end up with an infection in the joints of my hands and lose mobility.nI understand our medical is a GP and not equipped to treat an issue of this severity, but the initial appointment by the GP made me feel dismissed or as though I was over reacting. I think it was quite negligent of the doctor to advise me the way he did when the medical issue was serious. As a woman I am used to being dismissed by doctors, which is the whole reason I did not present to the ED originally - I was hoping for some guidance by the GP and when he was dismissive I assumed I was overreacting. If I had not have trusted my gut on that occasion I may have lost partial mobility of my hand by following the GP instructions.
