Being a walk in bulk billed clinic is such a lifesaver for those who can’t be seen by their GP in the time of need. Talisa was a wonderful lady who looked after me at the front, always with a smile on her face : Was very quick to be seen. As said previously from other patient experience; it's really good how it shows you in the app which doctor will see you and which room.
Was very quick to be seen. As a walk in medical centre I was only waiting 10-15 mins. . This service is a lifesaver. It's really good how it shows you in the app which doctor will see you and which room. My usual GP is an HR late always which is standard. It was no problem taking 2 buses to get to Our medical and be seen in a quicker time than my GP which is only a few minutes walk up the road from me. Keep up the great work Our Medical
I have been going to this place since it has opened, and I agree that sometimes it’s a long wait since there’s only a few doctors in at a time, especially Friday afternoons/evenings but Dr Raymond Blackman would have to be one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen, he doesn’t rush you in and out like most, he has such a positive energy which is quite infectious and has the time and care to explain everything to you, ask questions and really listen. He is very thorough, understanding, kind and a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this wonderful man.
Poor experience with Dr Jaharlal Saha, very incentive, rude and was a complete bully. No care for patients, patronising also. Not a capable doctor and was accusatory when expressing concerns as a patient. Definitely should not be working with people and would not suggest seeing at all
This place is brilliant! I get bulk-billing with a just a Medicare card, I’ve found a great doctor that I like, and it’s convenient as I just check on the app when his shifts are and then go at a time that suits me. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctor and I’m always listened to and all my questions are answered.
