Had ordered hsp just yesterday night. I respect their meat. So upsetting that the chips was under cooked and cold. Meat always taste good but was also cold. I had the feeling again it was left over meat and chips. I read many comments about under cooked meals but didn't hesitate to order, unfortunately I received the same. This is against the health advise and regulations. I will inform authorities to take action before someone gets poisoned.
Went in to order a medium sized lamb kebab container with bread and was shocked by how bad the food was. The lamb meat was cold, lacked any flavour and was overloaded with grease there was more grease than meat. It clearly wasn't fresh because I saw them reheating it in the pizza oven. The medium container was $15 which for the amount they give you is way too overpriced especially given the quality of the product. The bread was stale, falling apart and seemed like it was supposed to be sold a week ago. The customer service was way below average and it seemed like none of the people working there wanted to be there. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all. There are a lot better places out there which are more deserving of your business.
Very unapproachable staff at the register. Little to no customer service and the other workers just stand around staring at you from the moment you walk in the store. Cash only which is quite outdated so never even got to the point of tasting the food.
Pizza is okay. Not amazing but not terrible. They have thick crusts and topping is average. Menu has good variety. The HSP pizza is interesting but I'd definitely never order it again. Simply not worth it. Might as well order an actual HSP. What's the point of putting a few chips onto the pizza which btw aren't fried? Staff are friendly and greet you as you walk in. Unlike some places nearby which are dead, cold
The food took 1 hour 45 mins to get delivered... we were notified after the payment was made online. We decided to pick up the pizzas to speed up the process or get a refund, but attempted to call 10x the line was busy, after asking why apparently one of the workers had taken the phone off the line. The pizzas finally came it was burnt and sloppy. Meat lovers had very little meat just poor quality. Very unsatisfied
Regular at Mix Grill thought I'd try out this place Terrible HSP, cheese tastes off, meat was cold. Please review these comments and consider making changes accordingly. Sadly not coming back again. This shop has so much more potential!
Nice food, I love the pizzas but I don't understand how a vegetarian pizza cost more than one with the lot?? I always buy pizza from Ottoman when can and most times they are good. I don't like the HSP's I don't think they give you enough but overall worth the pizzas.
Unprofessional staff..i work at that shopping centre....i ordered 2 falafel all included and he just put mayonnaise in that....and he started wrapping and gently asked him can you put chilli sauce he was like brother you have tell before while you order ... it's busy now ...i was like thank you even if i die starving never coming back...
What they charged for a small chicken kebab is ridiculously expensive and taste like stale meat from a couple of days old. Would not recommend to go there for kebabs. All the people that gave 5 stars are either never tasted decent food or are their friends that never sat foot in their shop.
Ordered early arvo on Sunday, meat had to be yesterday’s it was dry and didnt taste right. My partner, myself and the dog all having stomach problems same day after this.
