"Owner operator Christoph Ott, runs OTT patisserie with passion.His family history originally inspired this interest in baking and the fine art of sweets. His great grandparents owned a small family business in Leutkirch Germany called The Conditorei & Café Kempter . Many of these recipes have been carried over to OTT patisserie through a very precious handwritten recipe book dating back to 1920.Chris brings over 25 years of pastry experience. Originally trained in Germany he has worked worldwide including Harrods in London and many international hotels. His dream of running his own establishment was realised in 2012 when OTT patisserie was opened.In OTT patisserie you will find delicious breads, desserts, cakes, great coffee and more."

I ordered countless times of their Box of Petite Four for friends and families. They taste exquisite and look so cute. Also perfect for birthday if you are only keen on blowing one candle and have a bit of everything. Chocolate twist is my daughter’s most requested item. My personal favourite are eclair and tuille. Everything is very well priced, a gem in Birkenhead village and a must try. Lots of things sell out very fast and they close early, so I found ordering online is the best way to make sure we don’t miss out :P
We are from out of town and were recommended this bakery from a local on a visit up. The baked goods here are so good and reasonably priced, we now make a bulk order and take it back for the freezer to enjoy over time. Of special note are their pretzels, cheese sticks and fitness loaf. Their customer service is also excellent- we were unable to collect our order over the state of emergency with Cyclone Gabrielle and they offered 50% off our next order. Thanks OTT :
World famous but locally in Birkenhead. Special and unique food, good coffees. Very popular and has good range of selection to please everyone in the family. You get what you pay for and it's worth every penny of it. Plenty free parking in Highbury. During busy hours, it can get very cramp and squashy inside. I had a customer who literally walked into me as he was making space for another customer to get through. Nonetheless, definitely worth a try and highly recommended.
I've discovered it very recently and enjoyed both coffee and feed from them greatly. Their prices for baked goods are the best while at the same time being very tasty. Plus from here you can actually see the city, they even got binoculars inside to take a closer look. Highly recommended!

Our favorite place to go. All patisserie are pretty good, however the coffee need some improvement.
Very nice little patisserie. Their pastries are top notch. Very beautifully made yet not too sweet. Perfectly balanced, light texture and sweetness. Went in at the end of the day and the lady offered us free rolls. It’s not because of the freebies, but you can tell they value their customers. These little gestures go a long way and would definitely return for more yummy treats.
Trip to this patisserie always bring smile because you are bound to find something special each time you visit. Last week it was this beautiful piece of Mango Mousse with Passion Fruit. A must try if you are lucky enough to find them. Their Sleepy Apple is our favorite in winter season.
They make yummy pastries. However the tables are so sticky. Need proper clean/scrub /wash to remove build up of grime. Thanks
