This otr unbelievable charge extra payment it means double payment.nI pay one time .and then she said the money is declared. And top the card again the charge$10.20 and then another $10.20 ask me too the card again.nAnd also I ask for refund she said call customer service and the ask for so many things.
Ordered a cappuccino, felt like having warm water and not capp. Totally waste of money. Staff should be well trained to serve and make the coffee. 17/04/25 4:30 pm
Very poor customer service by the staff named Asha. Threatened a friend of mine to call police when he went to return a can of coke which he didn’t even open. It is not the matter of money but the way she treats the customers is worst. She shouldn’t get more shifts. Very bad behaviour.

I wasn't aggressive at all and didn't spoke any one abusive word infact she trying me to be aggressive she was so rude she keeps on telling me to call police so I left the otr. I really had bad experiences i will never visit this otr instead I will visit otr broadview.nI will tell my friends not to visit this store.She waisted my time and energynBad customer servicenBad staff.nI suggest management to check store camera also.
Terrible customer service waited at the counter for a while no one was in the shop.nThey charged me twice for my transaction, I was told I can take it up with customer support by a lady called Asha when I came back in and enquired.
