Very bad customer service. I have ordered 2 Burrito Travellers with Tomato Sauce. Staff KIRTI throw Burrito in the oven for 5sec and take it out and throw it on the checkout counter. When I told her this is not the right way to heat up and serve as I am ordering this every day morning from Mawson Lakes OTR. She KIRTI told me in a very rude way this is the way we are served. This is the third time I got this kind of experience in this same store. I hope management takes some action to train their staff not just reply to this comment.
The worst experience ever, Rude service from one of the lady representative, she has damm attitude and because of this m living two streets back but not going there anymore. She doesn’t know how to take orders for coffee. My coffee is not as per standard and cold like hell. No point to go there and waste my money. Visited on 10/4/23. Tyre air out of service. All outside wet towel holders empty. All water bottles outside empty. Person behind the counter was fast and friendly.
Another OTR where staff members know nothing about selling lotto or Keno. Few minutes ago, a staff member didn't even know how to log in, so just said:"Sorry, machine isn't working right now!!!" Do they get appropriate training? At my work place, we have a lotto outlet and training is long and intensive and staff members are not left alone at the system until totally confident and understand the system. I feel like I should notify Lotteries SA. Same thing has happened at the Hazewood Park OTR store.
Most unhelpful fuel station ever. Pump not working, no sign, no assistance, didn't even bother to come out to say anything. Useless. The app doesn't work so don't bother with otr.
I normally don't complain but was served by this woman with the nastiest attitude. Everytime I come in she gives me this attitude, I don't even know why. It's only this one lady who treats me rudely and everytime too. Really shouldnt be there if you can't deal with friendly customers. I def will avoid this servo from now on.
Got some AMAZING service from a young man there named Jake. Never had better service ever from a petrol station and he made the bwst coffee. Tastes like there was a secret ingredient in it. 10/10
Back in September 2020, I took my brand new car for a wash and to get the best service got a Ultimate Wash voucher. When the carwash started washing, I noticed the front of the car was getting lifted as if the roller was pushing it up but the rest of the washing went well and I forgot about it. The damage was not noticed until few weeks later when we went out on the weekend. I advised the management that my car was damaged on their Happy Wash facility but after few times of following up they refused to compensate for the damage and referred me to their customer service who never contacted me. So my advice is: stay away and beware as it may cost you thousands of dollars to fix your car after the wash.
Very rude service this morning. The female staff member stuffed up 2 coffee orders in a row and clearly just wanted to spend time on her phone.
I have been coming here for a coffee and a donut after work a large majority of the time and things have been fine. But recently they have been running or having no stock of donuts and not offering any compensation for the loss or restocking at a more appropriate time! To top this all of it is of tonight 1/6/2020 that i tried to redeem a otr app krispy kreame donut i got and the lady just simply said we have no stock even though other donuts where not present and once again didn't provide compensation. But when i got my coffee q shipment just arrived. She could have at least she could have said stock just came in and offered me to buy one. Once again they failed that. With that ill be dodging this otr for good and go to one on a more convenient route home at least the Port rush road otr does not disappointe me.
