22/10/24 @ 9:20pmnHorrible Subway lady who didn’t have a name badge on. She came out while still on the phone and made me wait til she hung up. She then didn’t heat the chicken and gave me a cold classic chicken sandwich. When I realised, I drove back and she offered to make another one to which I agreed to, then she walked off to go to the bathroom!?!!? I waited and waited. Then spoke to another staff member who agreed she would’ve remade the food before leaving for the toilet. When she FINALLY got back I requested a refund. Of course she didn’t know how to process it so she gave me cash even though I paid by card.nnI would’ve forgiven the cold chicken, but the customer service with her was terrible! She shouldn’t have offered to make another sandwich then walked off! Honestly I believe she did that in spite because I came back for a correct sandwich.nnNo apology was given throughout this.
My partner bought 3 coffees from here tonight from the Indian man serving. Worst coffee ever !.... Asked for sugars in each one , no sugar, coffee wasn't that hot , tasted like dirty dish water.....nAlso, they were filled to the brim , no froth or chocolate on the cappuccino and lids were not on properly.nWon't come back here for coffee!
The unprofessionalism of the staff talking loud enough ‘she’s seriously going to drive off and not pay for her fuel’ in fact, so loud that a random lady knocked on my car window, to make sure I wasn’t stealing fuel when I had literally paid on the OTR app about 2 minutes prior AND I waited to start driving off until I got the email proof it was paid for!!nnTHEN I had to explain to my young child in the back that some people just see his mummies tattoos and assume she’s a thief.nnYou work in a place that PROMOTES HEAVILY the use of the app and paying this way?! So you’re either uneducated or you’re making assumptions on the way I look via tattoos which is discrimination and a pure shame because I’m actually a heavily qualified healthcare professional with ZERO criminal activitynnThen I had to explain to my young son in the back that mummy ISNT stealing and reassure him no one else would be coming up to our car again.nnDisgusting, gross behaviour, deeply unprofessional.
One of the worst customer service representatives I have come across in OTR's, quite rude. I believe wasn't happy with the job I guess...
Went to OTR with my sister and the man serving us was extremely rude!!! We tried to order coffee and while listing our coffee order he asked my sister to stop so he can ring it up, she politely stopped. Then once he was done she added that she would like sugar with one of the coffees and then he told her “next time, if you want sugar tell me before I start ringing it up”…but HE TOLD HER TO STOP talking!!!!! Will never go back there again.
