Parvathi was amazing and she should definitely get a raise. She was so nice and helped me a lot when i was choosing what donuts to buy. I hope she gets payed double everyday because she deserves it. she was so funny to talk to and is the kindest soul ever i think i wouldnt want anyone else working there but her please otr see this and take into consideration how amazing she is and easy to have a laugh with. putting her on till laye and travelling so far is not easy so you are taking her skills to lightly when she should be getting praised for how incredible and passionate she is. Thank you!!! I will be visiting otr again js because of Parvathi!!!!

Why are you cleaning the hot dog machine at 6pm?! It’s dinner time! And then another day they were “out of bread”! Hot dogs are the best OTR product! What’s wrong with this shops owner?

From the moment I pulled in, I was impressed by how welcoming and efficient the team at OTR Prospect makes every visit. Whether you’re fueling up in the middle of the night or grabbing a quick bite during a busy day, this place has it all. The OTR team members working here are full of life and also make the place have very positive vibes.

My first time I've  been here. I was blown away by the amount & variety of stock. The staff were nice, the store was clean......BUT the toilet was a massive let down, the floor was wet not from cleaning & had water on the ground, which is a huge slip risk.

I just love the team at OTR Prospect. I visit daily for my coffee prepared exactly as I like it. I commend Kamal as stir manager.. she has really lifted this store. Sonya, Ham and Sush regular baristas are so helpful, professional and kind. Please give them a try.
