Today I was called in by my colleague who was distressed as OTR staff members phoned the police officers even after she explained herself to the staff and offered to use a different payment method they still went ahead to embarrass her and distress her. Your staff lacks humanity and empathy. No manners whatsoever. You owe her an apology besides it seems you have not been trained to have people skills. Very mannerless and awful, holding up a healthcare worker who is needed to save lives elsewhere. I hope you were happy to see me come in pay the money leaving patients in the hospital who are a priority even after my colleague offered to leave her car at the filling station.
Went in purchase milk wasn't meant to go off for 3 days as made sure as others on the self where days past date and could see bottles where fatter as had chunks in it or partly exploded coming over the bottle.nTook home in date one went to use it and was coming out with clumps obviously heat affected and off.nDon't buy your milk from here as staff to lazy to remove out of date ones and leave them out in the heat and expect customers to buy em
Busy OTR that generally has cheaper diesel prices than other servos in the area. Has a good variety of products if you're hungry. Helpful, friendly staff.
I came to this OTR at peak time in the evening at 7:30 to get the Premium Iced Coffee. Thought it will be busy but the service was so fast awesome job done by Rikesh
Standing at pumps for 5 minutes to wait for them to turn pump on for fuel only for my son to end up going in there to find out why they not Turned on yet and apparently no fuel.nNo signs up, no staff bothered to say anything worst service.nnUpdate....nYou send us a message to contact you via a link.nFor what ???? As you have never responded once we did.
