Most online courses are a "gotchas". Diplomas in particular. Most of them have "work placement", something that many people are really NOT interested in. When they don't have work placement, which gives you hope, then they tell you that Cert IV is required for that particular diploma course. There's no getting around this. It's such a joke. A really sad case of bad luck.  The mental health and library diploma courses alll require work placement if you're doing them online or off campus. For others, like horticulture or work safety diploma courses, WP is not required, which makes you sigh in relief. But to your disheartening surprise you're given a "gotcha" where you're told Cert IV is required prior. Why must it be so hard to attain a Diploma without these strings attached?

For all future students. Please enroll somewhere else but TAFE digital. You will get no support from teachers and staff .The courses are not structured well enough and distract you from the study itself. My teacher had no qualification and expertise and got angry when I challenged her. Bottom line is that the fees are not deserved by this college. Stay away if you can. There is better course providers and teachers around.  Ironically Tafe will send you a quality survey afterwards with pre made answers.  For the manager: Don't pretend you will sort out any issues if you don't. You don't even have the courtesy to call me.

Poorly and obtusely written assignments. Needlessly repetitive tasks to complete. Some assignments missing critical information to ensure a pass, even though it is a 6 - 12 week duration. Teachers very unhelpful regarding specific details. Would not recommend Horticulture Certificate course

Shame on Tafe digital!! Shame on tafe digital!! Do yourself a favour and avoid these guys. It takes 3 months for teachers to check your assignments, it’s a half an hour job. No one feels responsible here. They absolutely wasted my time and tax payers money for two years.

Absolute rubbish. Minus 5 stars! The online course is a joke. The teachers leaving rude and inappropriate remarks on the assessments. No teaching at all. Answer to a genuine question which is in the assessment is "google it". Answers for online tests are wrong answers provided by TAFE and when questioned the teacher the answer was "well it depends how you look at it". Finished assessment was sent back to redo as the teacher changed the questions AFTER I submitted my work which took me 2 weeks. A call back takes over 2 days in some cases. False information given before enrolment. If they tell you that you can do cert III without any previous knowledge its a lie. The biggest joke is that the online course they advertise is not actually just online. I cant do 3 subjects online, I have to do it in person! I questioned them about it and all they came up with was just excuses like "its not our fault the company pulled out" and "you can do it later but we have no idea when as we haven't even started talking about it"!!!  This is not about education. Its about taking your money and than leave you to google everything you need to know. I can do that for free!  I have achieved more through self education in 1 month than with TAFE in 4! All the bad things I heard about them seams to be true. If you can, choose a different educational system as this one is falling apart... I`m unenrolling from TAFE as its completely useless.

Absolutely terrible learning experience. No support from teachers. Just given assignments that you then anonymously upload online. And to put the cherry on top of the cake, they change the course and then all of the work you've done for the last nine months don't count towards the new course. Absolutely rubbish!!!!! So angryyyy!! Terrible learning experience ever!! No support from teachers, no communication!! . Just given assignments that you then anonymously upload online. I tried to contact them, a week later i received an automatic reply email mentioning that they received my email of complain and then disappear in the air!!!! Super shitttt staff and entire system!!! Don’t ever do it!!!! Wasting money and energy! You learn nothing, dealing with them is shietttty, no one listen and no improvement!!

Don’t even bother with TAFE digital. I tried to compete my allied health assistance course, I completed everything except placement. I attempted to find placement at at least 40 different hospitals/private clinics/ rehab facilities with no luck. I approached TAFE digital multiple times at least 5 throughout the course asking for assistance with placement ideas/word choices/advice and none was given they pretty much said keep trying. They made suggestions but nothing came of it. They were happy to take my money but failed to help me to complete the course. Their suggestion was to sign up with a a different organisation to complete my course Furious that I have wasted my money and time on a course that cannot be completed. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Highly recommend anyone wanting to attain their First Aid and CPR certificate to come here. The teacher was excellent, informative and made learning fun! You’ll feel a lot more confident about being able to save lives. Will definitely be back for my refresher course in three years.

I was offer a free course during the COVID time, the offer was given through a phone call, where I was guaranteed the course was free of charge.  However, they started sending bills after the course has commenced..........  It's being a year long battle with TAFE and the State Revenue team on this bill that I shouldn't have been charged.  I end of paying the bill as I'm way too tired to battle on this anymore. I have no issue with the teachers, but the manament of bills and advertising is absolutly ridiculous and frustrating.
