My sister referred me and I'm super happy! First timer at tax but they helped me clear all outstanding years :) really friendly too!

Unfortunately since changing ownership OTC has really gone downhill. I had been going there for many years under the previous owners and was always happy. 
Despite knowing that there was a change of ownership, I continued to use OTC. I regret it though as I was misled and incurred a number of extra charges that I was never made aware of until receiving the invoice.

It has end up costing me significantly more than any previous accountants I have used.
To top things off my tax wasn't even done correctly.
I later found this out from the ATO. I approached OTC about this and they had no interest in settling the issue with me. 
I hope I can help other consumers to think twice before using OTC.

Only just got into workforce within last few years, but OTC helped me to catch up on previous returns at a really reasonable price! Would and have recommended OTC to friends and family :))

I have been a client for a few years now and I have never had any problems with OTC. Very reliable and friendly. This year I decided to start my own company. They were extremely helpful and went to vast lengths to guarantee I was satisfied with the set-up and all the ins and outs involved. Would definitely recommend not only for tax returns but other accounting services as well.
