Recently upgraded train station which is now accessible for disable propel and has toilets and bus station linked to neighborhood places. Be careful during late night and early morning times. There are CCTV cameras operating all the time so it is safer.

I think it's a butifull place also with the free WiFi here it's were I am now love being here.

With all the hype of this being a major transport hub it is rather lacking in trying to find bus timetables or information of bus routes.

It would be helpful if there was an information kiosk to talk to a person face to face. Not everyone has a cellphone or the money to call from one only to be put on hold for 10 minutes.

To be honest the Transport Hub in Manurewa has a better lay out and the signage is a lot better.

Who ever designed the set up and layout of the Manurewa Hub kudos to you.

As for Otahuhu its a lot to be desired.

29Oct16 A big bash today to celebrate the opening of the Otahuhu Station and mark the end of major works (work is ongoing) to get the show on the road and move all the buses from the Otahuhu shopping center to this new location which is only a few meters from the train platform. Brand spanking new !!
