Went in yesterday morning to have a couple of things printed. The person manning the desk was rather aloof and not helpful at all. I asked a couple of straightforward qns and all he could muster was a shrug from the shoulders, because opening his mouth was too much to ask for. Later in the day, I went to collect my documents and before paying, all I wanted to do is check to make sure the pages were printed correctly, the coloured text was how I wanted it etc. I get told, "if you've checked one, the second one won't be any different, would it?" So much for customer service. Hah. I do have his name, but I choose not to disclose it. Please consider educating him on how to open his mouth and be polite to people, while he still has the job. Thanks
Have honestly never had a good experience here. The people are rude, unhelpful and often make mistakes in printing. It's a shame because the location is so convenient but have given up and now travel to further away print stores just because I'm sick of dealing with rude and unprofessional employees.
