Yummy food, lovely environment. Staff not overly flexible around choices on menu. Also were unprepared to refund full bottles of wine that hadn't been opened for a function once it was over (We were only there 3 hours) thought that was a bit mean.

Creative menu and perfect execution. Truly elevated fare. Had a great time interacting with Peter the sommelier. He made great suggestions, had us taste various NZ wines and even made winery recommendations. . We had a great time.

Loved it here. To be seated to see amazing views of the harbour was a real treat and the seafood and beef wellington was so lip smacking good. Also a great selection of wine to taste.

I thought Ostro was amazing. It had excellent views, and the food was superb. I was in a group of people, and we had the 4 person seafood platter. That was a really good choice. I enjoyed it very much About the only down side was that is was in the CBD near the bottom of town. I had to go to three different car parks before I could find a park (this was near lunchtime on a week day). I find parking issues in the CBD a detractor from visiting the area these days.

Omg! What a taste sensation! Magician Daniel and his team do wonders in the kitchen plus have a lot of fun serving up some amazing delights! Loved the lobster ravioli, roasted eggplant but the compressed stone fruit dessert was like a fabulous party in my mouth! Complemented by a glass of Donna Fugara recommended by Lorenzo. Beautiful view and buzz - I highly recommend!
