Both Elayne and Manuela have provided me with exceptional customer service from the moment I first visited Oroton in Carindale. I initially had an issue with the leather conditioner leaving stains on my new bag, but the girls at the Carindale we're great and gave me a replacement. Will recommend this brand to anyone.
I've never gone out of my way to write a negative review, but the lady who seems to be the manager of this store is extremely rude. Don't know what benefits she thinks she will gain by always acting inconvenienced by/ too busy for customers. I've been a customer for years but avoid her at all costs. So off putting and literally makes my day worse
Very poor customer service. Walked in and looked at a couple of bags, sales person behind the counter didn't acknowledge me or ask if she could help me. I picked up two bags to check for suitability; after I walked to the other side of the store the sales person walked to the bags, which I had replaced exactly where they had been and she just HAD to make some adjustment to how the bags were sitting; that's not something you do if you want to make a sale! At no time did she bother to ask if she could help me.
I went in the store today 18/10/17 to enquire about eye/sunglass frame repair and the worker was unwelcoming and snobbish. He treated me like I’m not a priority. I do not know why people like him are employed in a customer service job when they cannot do their job properly. I’m very disappointed on how I was treated and will no longer shop at that store.
