Burnside Village people!!! Even those earning base sales assistant salaries have delusions of grandeur! Terrible customer service. Not ignored but bombarded with the pressure to purchase the second I showed interest in a bag! Was not given the time to look around. And was told that EVERY bag I looked at was "VERY popular" ... and in "high demand" ... seriously? Ugh! As soon as I said, "I'm just looking for now" ... was discarded and snubbed.
Products are lovely, well made, good quality, Pity you can't purchase anything. The staff ignore you.
love the bags but the WORST customer service ignored.
Walked in to buy a handbag probably worth $350. Was completely ignored by the two young staff. Walked out. Bought an alternative brand bag.
Great place to shop for accessories.
