Ormeau Fitness Concepts is a 500m2 fully equipped gym with everything you need to reach your ultimate fitness, 7 days a week. OFC is located at 3/50 Notar Drive, Ormeau, we’re easy to find and easy to access, with plenty of free parking onsite.
A full suite of weight and cardio equipment is at your fingertips and we have shower amenities on site. Our personal trainers are extremely knowledgeable and well known in the Gold Coast as some of the best.
Our Group Fitness classes run from 5:00am to 7:00pm and feature all the favourites, such as Tabata, Bootcamp, Core/rip60, Boxfit, Strength and circuit training. We have child minding facilities open 9.00am-11.00am Mon- Fri so your little ones are well looked after when you hit the gym.
