Moved here in May and up until now was okay - but tonight I paid 1.50 to swap a dish that was the same price and everything tasted of onion and the spring rolls tasted of raw onion I have fingernails bigger than the meat that was in the fried rice and you had to look bloody hard to find any at all. Mongolian beef was tasteless except for onion … enjoy my $1.50 I won’t be back and you only got 2 because my husband liked your sweet and sour pork
Ordered through Uber Eats, Got one dish out of 3. Called them and was met with a poor girl trying to do her best to take my complaint. Once she spoke there manager all I got was yelling in I assume chinese. Told to call back later, we'll that doesn't feed my 10year old at 7pm on Sunday night. Very unpleasant experience and unprofessional. Avoid the drama and steer clear of this one. The only dish was Very special fried rice , that was NOT very special at all. Total waist of money!!!
So SO disappointing. For the money I just spent, the food was so disappointing. The online menu doesn't actually tell you what the dish is. I was under the impression that fried rice didn't have prawns but special fried rice did. So I ordered fried rice and it came with prawns in it I didn't want prawns. The beef in black bean tasted fishy and was inedible. I ordered Pack A so spent over $50. Such a waste of money. Wish I’d read these reviews first.
I’ve just left this restaurant in tears. If I could rate 0 starts I would. We ordered $110 worth of food last night, 3 of the dishes were completely inedible and disgusting. The others, not great but acceptable. Call to complain and after 20 mins of discussing she tells me to go and get a refund for the particular items on the following day. I go there tonight and I am verbally attacked by 4 staff members, made to feel intimidated and scared for simply telling them their food was not of acceptable standard and to collect some money back as I was told I would receive as I didn’t want to accept the offer of remaking them. Then they proceed to yell and scream in their language while I’m standing there and can’t understand a word. Horrible horrible horrible.
Still a terrible take away. Service is more worried about if you have paid, over giving you your food. I had to ask for ours after paying and standing for 20 minutes, after phoning ahead and being told it would be 20 minutes. Food is average too. Still bloody terrible.
Dont bother !!! I ordered a certain meat in my meal got there they read the order back to me I said no that is wrong. Muppet serving me looked at me like I'd just asked him the square root of his IQ. Picks up the phone mid conversation and takes an order. So I said are you going to change the meat or what he then tries to hand me the wrong order and says that is your order. Not sure what's going on with people these days can't use the brains they were born with.
I've given the 4 chances but every time has been terrible out of those 4 time 3 times I've had to wait an hour or longer 2 times I've felt sick after 2 other times received the completely wrong order and been refused to fix it. Don't waste your time or money here.
ORDERED UBER EATS FROM THIS PLACE. SPECIAL FRIED RICE. IT WAS VERY DRY. 4 PIECES OF MEAT & 2 LITTLE PRAWNS. NO VEGES. NOTHING LIKE WHAT" THERE ADVERTISING ON THE UBER EATS PAGE. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! IT WENT STRAIGHT IN THE BIN!!! NO LOVE IN THERE COOKING WHAT SO EVER... LUCKY 2 GET 1 STAR!!!!
Called to make an order, they couldn’t understand what I was saying then stopped talking until I said hello again a couple of minutes later, then they asked for my order again and I told them again. When we went to pick it up complete wrong order and expensive. Wouldn’t recommend.
Won’t be coming here again. I was told 15-20 minutes over the phone. I got there and waited an additional 45 minutes. I understand it was busy but start setting realistic expectations rather than lying to your customers about wait times. not one single person at your restaurant was happy
