Excellent customer service, and delivery was very prompt!

I won one of their $1 reserve auction on their Trademe store at a bargain price,  after i won and paid for the auction the seller inform me they don’t have the item in stock, email the seller back saying that selling a unstuck product is against to Consumer Guarantee Act, and i would like to have something similar to replace the item or i will leave a negative feedback, the seller threatening me that they will leave a negative feedback to me and BLACKLIST me and they don’t want to deal with me anymore.
Here is some of some of the tones they use in their email:
*** "I would like to suggest that you consider VERY CAREFULLY whether to leave negative feedback, or not!!”
*** “It seems that you are trying to profit from what’s happened and if so, I will have NO HESITATION of placing negative feedback against you place I will blacklist you. I see you have bought from us before and you have receive some great bargains but I have NO INTENTION of dealing with you again if you place negative feedback.
It’s up to you.”
Here is something i would like to say to the owner Joep Smeele who email me:
When i said i will leave a negative feedback and take it further i was not threatening you, because that's what i’m doing now, i will leave a negative feedback and by taking it further i’m trying my best to let other customer know what your attitude is when you facing your customer.
Also you can leave a negative feedback to me if you like, but you don’t have to BLACKLIST me, because i will not shop from your store anymore.
