Great and affordable place to rent a car in Brisbane, it's the secret place where all exchange students get their cars from for weekend trips. I rented 5 times here in the last months, always a good experience, cars in good condition and many of them efficient hybrids.nCustomer service is good as well, always somebody answering the phone if you have questions.
I’ve been with Orana four times now.nnFor me, they’ve been a friendly and affordable car rental service where I’ve had no issues.nnThe cars are in decent condition, and I feel like the rental price is a fair price for what you get.nnIt is a budget service, but I still feel like a valued customer who is provided with a safe car with no hidden policies or fees.
I rented a truck here for a day, and it was the most affordable option I found. The service was outstanding, and I’ll definitely return for any future rentals.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Had van arranged for 9:30 I was late and arrived at 10 and the van still wasn’t even ready for pick up. The lady took 10 minutes just to find the keys then told me it had to be cleaned so I had to wait a further 10 mins. Ended up being ready 20 minutes later.nnWhen returning they tried to take my 500$ down payment accusing me of leaving a screw in the tire, luckily I had already taken photos, and they’d allowed me to borrow it in that said ‘terrible’ condition. ALWAYS TAKE PHOTOS, I added it below.nThese guys were so bad it was funny. Go somewhere else.
Needed to rent a truck to move house, so did the full search for the best deal. Orana was by far the most affordable price point so went with them based on this alone. Must admit that I wasn't expecting much given how inexpensive it was, and would have been happy if it had just done the job. To my complete surprise,the truck was just beautiful! Late model, low kms, and so clean and tidy! The mesh frame inside the truck made securing furniture a breeze...so much better than the old fashioned rails. And the coldest aircon I've ever experienced which literally saved me during this mid-summer marathon move. The staff were terrific, so friendly and helpful. The only tiny thing is that it was a wee bit difficult to find, some signage at the turn off would have been good. Otherwise can't fault anything, and will be recommending them to all of my friends and colleagues!
