My name is David Lloyd. I was referred to the oral health centre, by Joondalup Government dentistry, because they're extremely concerned about my health.nI have been unwell for forty years and I believe that I am infectious.nThe Doctor that I saw, was very unprofessional and extremely rude.nHe got one blood results back and has dismissed me.nNo follow up or no answer of why I am very unwell.nI believe that the Doctor that I saw, was very unprofessional and could have called me about results.nI have chronic pain and inflammation throughout my entire body and found it very painful having to go in.nThe journey took me three hours, for a two minute appointment.nI would like explanation of why I was treated so badly.nI believe it's because I'm NOT a private patient.
5 star service for the lovely student Christine who tended to my mum for multiple appointments for dentures. Patient and polite despite my mum's poor English skills. Just be mindful of the long waits between each appointments but can't complain for the price and service. Unfortunately -1 star for the staff at the reception who are rude and dismissive every single time! They also never answer the phone although fully staffed!
I have visited OCHWA 13 times this year and was treated by Nicola 4th year student.nI’m the worst patient possible.. suffer panic attacks, fear of needles etc….After making Nichola aware of this she treated me with kid gloves, gained my confidence and trust.. to the extent that on two occasions I actually fell asleep in the chair!!nI presented with both my front teeth broken and discoloured.nNicola reconstructed them and others to perfection!! Including a root canal! THANKYOU SOOO MUCH!!!nShe has given me my confidence back.. I can now smile again properly!!!

Before I even sat in the chair, Jacinta took the time to speak with me face-to-face, listen carefully, and genuinely understand my concerns — and that alone immediately eased much of my anxiety.nnShe is not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but also warm, compassionate, and sincerely empathetic — a rare balance of professionalism and genuine care. Her calm manner and clear, detailed explanations made me feel completely reassured.nnMy issue was quickly identified, and I left feeling confident, cared for, and relieved. Jacinta Vu is truly exceptional at her job — the epitome of a consummate professional — and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking thoughtful, expert, and empathetic dental care.nnChris
Couldn't thank this team enough. My baby girl was in serious need of dental treatment they made her feel so comfortable and all her needs were met and beyond. Genuine in their profession, professional and helpful. So thankful for the receptionist Naomi for pointing us in the right direction.
