Dentists brilliant but would be great if your staff in reception particularly the lady who answers the phones didn't talk to people like they are the scum found on the bottom of their shoe. Especially when that person is trying to apologise for misunderstanding what she was told and contacting you to do the right thing. Fingers crossed you don't encounter someone like yourself when you do something wrong without knowing you did and ask for help. Great job on your customer service.
Had been happy with the student dentists unfortunately when I was told to ring back in the new year they provided me with a qualified dentist who proceeded to extract the wrong tooth and receptionist informed me I had an invoice for the consultation. Students don't charge and I should of been informed that I was going to be charged for it. Happy to pay but they didn't remove the offending tooth nor were you transparent when it came to billing. You need to do better
Terrible experience. From start to now, 7 years later. I know the orthodontist was in training but she was terrible, their trainer - HORRIBLE. I would scream out in pain they were causing and was told “no you can’t feel it”. I was scared to have a tooth out so they just finished treatment. Left glue on my teeth after braces and now my bonded retainer is broken and they could not care less. Was told it’s forever mind you. This place is not worth the cheaper braces. Disgusting treatment.
Yep, some of the receptionists are not qulified to attend or assisst humen, I also experienced the same with one of the dental assistants.nDoctor was very respectfull and kind but wasn't really listening to my pains and ended up removing the wrong tooth, and I'm still having the same problem, but yeah, wouldn't visit them again.
everything has been excellent until last year the student only saw me twice once at the beginning of the and and his last appointment..nI have just spoken to a receptionist because I questioned why my recent appointment was cancelled she is being very helpful because I have been without a bottom denture for over two years . Debbie told me she is going to make the coordinator aware of this because the clinic should know the success and the not too successful activities the clinic provides.
