I go there every now and then as it is close to where I live. A bit disappointed this time. I bought 2 cards and they were priced at the back 5.50/each... And I paid 5.95/E. I won't go back to ask for a small refund but please make sure next time the price is correct. That would be much appreciated.
I have been coming to Opus for 25 wonderful years! I’ve seen the Opus lovely family members work hard,Reno’s,improvements to the shop,and awesome new cool stock come in each time I visit . The most wonderful thing when I shop there , is the lovely cosy welcome I get every time. Let’s face it ! I love a chat , and nothing nicer then having consistencies with staff and happy faces to see each time. They are good at what they do ! Well done Paddo Opus keep on keeping on. Love Monique x
Had a seamless experience purchasing online with them . I was a bit nervous as it was a large and expensive furniture item but the order was shipped within 2 days, arrived promptly and well packaged and I was informed about delivery at each stage. At a time when there is a lot of pressure on retail with staffing and stock challenges I couldn't have asked for a more smooth and easy transaction. Well done Opus Design team!
Always an excellent experience in this store, and even purchasing online! The friendly atmosphere of a family-run small business is astonishing. They’ve set a great standard for all their staff members. They have a huge range of gifts, trinkets, cards, and almost just about anything you may or may not need!! Will definitely shop again with them : I love the FREE gift wrapping they offer too. Just that extra touch of customer service that we all love.

Opus offered me free assembly when I purchased a $400 product in their store, but after I made the purchase they went back on their word, and claimed to have shipped the item without assembly. I don’t want the locker if it’s not assembled, and now that they have our money, they’re not answering how to proceed with the refund.
I love this place. So many cool things, from kid's gifts to adults, kitchen and design. A range of pricepoints. Really helpful staff.

You know when you need an awesome present, card and wrapping paper but you only have 1 hour.... When you realise that there are not enough wine glasses for your party.... When you want a beautiful candle... When you want great service and a gift wrapping service... This is the place!
Have had fantastic services over the years from both the Newtown and Paddington stores. A big thanks to Tiana from Paddington who organised a gift to be held for me at the Newtown store, and let me know the gift I was purchasing was only on sale online. I purchased the gift there and then and she organised the collection for the following day from Newtown for me. The extra effort is appreciated.
