Tiffany was wondeful! I came on Sunday 10 minutes before the store was closed, trying to do something that takes 30 minutes, but Tiffany was very patient and attentive. She didnt rush me at all and answer all my questions thoroughly.

I got a good sim deal but the staff weren’t great. They just hung around chatting in the corner of the shop while I tried to grab their attention.

The staff were very helpfully and they have a small business specialist on their staff as well as assistance for the general public.

Worst Customer Experience. Called them this morning to check stock on Oppo Reno Z. The guy said they have on stock. I walked 3 kilometers from from my office at Kent St. and waited in store for 10 minutes to find out they do not have it. Lack of product knowledge and even lack of their own store stock levels.

Great service, highly professional

Friendly staff & didn't have to wait too long. The issue I was dealing with was minor but the service person took his time to sort it for me. I don't know about other people but I never seem to have any problems with service people they always seem helpful sometimes even going out of there way to help.
