They fulfilled my needs. I am not happy with Optus after paying 2000 dollars for a phone over 24 months they tell me it's on a lease so if I can't return the phone at the end of 24 months I have to pay 500 dollars. Rip off by Optus
Excellent customer service with friendly, helpful staff. The store staff were happy to assist me with my new Samsung S20 phone and ensured that I was satisfied with the service before I left the store.
Good customer service, helpful & knowledgeable staff. Ordered my sim cards online but failed to arrive multiple times after 2 weeks! Went to Optus Belmont and got every issues sorted out and got my sim cards right away. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars definitely.
Friendly staff and great service. If you do a lot of international calls, you must let the staff know as Optus plans now dont include by default

Jenny and Samuel handled my situation very professionally, I recontracted and now I'm paying a lot less than I was, with a much better home internet service and two new phones all in one bundle which has saved me a lot of $$$$ in the long run.
