I was greeted by a kind young man named Alex. He was so helpful and made me feel welcoming. He didn’t waste my time and he got straight to business and was so fast in handling my problems that I had with my phone bill and he was so quick in setting up my new phone plan. I can’t wait to see this man again and I’m expecting to receive the same treatment from everyone in the store. I would happily bring my business to Optus if they had more people like him! 😊

I have been an optus customer for years, but i seriously  doubt i will remain so.i had a young fella by the name of Jade at west lakes sto handle an issue for me,not only was he absolutely incompetent,i have never met someone so rude, not only did he lie to me,he with a smirk on his face refused to help me,i asked to speak to the store manager,he would not allow me to.If this lad was working for me,he would be lookinv for a new job,if your lookinv for a phone go elsewhere

My name is suzette Khodair and I have been an  optus client for  almost 20 years.
I have finally found a store that i call Gold, i travel from Burnside to westlakes simply because the team and manager and my business specialist JADE is the most extraodinary man that works for Optus at westlakes that I have ever met.
Never mind I  pass 5 Optus stores to get to westlakes, almost 40 minutes away from the other's I will travel any distances just to find a store and a gentle man as good as them.
Their customer services is outstanding, their product knowledge is extrodinary, they treat you like royalty, and they can do enough as long as you leave happier than when you walked inn.
That's why I call Optus at westlakes  my  favourite and only store for my business and all my telecomunication need.
Stop looking for stores that don't know how to roll the red carpet for you. 
I have and now discover for your and me  what the fuss is all about .
Love my westlakes Optus and love my jade.

Not only did they mess us around when we tried to get internet in our first home we never got it after SIX WEEKS of asking them to do it then they tried to charge us for a month still. Absolute chaos. Telstra managed in one day?
It was horrendous for a  "problem free" connection they promised. I made it obvious I was concerned about being able to get connected and she said there would be no issues at all. Sure enough there were thousands NOBODY from Optus ever even kept me updated , I spent over TWENTY hours CALLING THEM to simply find out the progress.
My phone is still contracted to them as I got the phone first, at only 3 weeks old it was having camera problems I took it in and they agreed there was no actual structual damage from dropping it or something yet had no idea how to help it they did everything I did again.
Didnt offer to send it anywhere despite my phone still being under warranty they said theyd only after that after I travel 40+ minutes to my nearest Samsung "pop up" store.
I rang Samsung who took me through the things I had already tried then with their final solution before I would have to send it in and lose my phone that I rely on for work, what they suggested work. 
Optus West Lakes have no product knowledge what soever. Extremely unhelpful on all 8+ times I was in there for phone or internet related queries. No product knowledge. Not great service. 
The only decent service I received was from 'Tom' so good on Tom, he actually looked at problems obline in his attempt to help me with my phone issue, he couldnt help but at least he tried unlike the others with my previous issues on my S5 who just say "not our issue" desite the phone was still under warranty at the time.
