Max has been a champion for us over the past year or so. We suffered service issues with the change over to NBN in our area and Max solved every challenge we brought him. Top notch customer service.
My experience with this store was absolutely useless, my phone broke and which was an eSim, so i purchased a new sim and tried to activate. To active you have to get a one-time code sent to your mobile. Great so anyone that has a dead or lost mobile is in trouble, I spoke to the reps online that said to re activate my number I need to go in store. I went in store with all my ID's then I needed to access my email which is also OTP protected. Great! So they sent me back home with a sim card and a number I called them back and then the manage said no i need to come back in and reactivate. Manager doesn't have a clue find yourself a better store with more staff. Update: went to the Chatswood store after a long wait to be seen they got it sorted in 30 seconds of me being with a rep.
Max was really helpful, he was busy with a customer but asked me what I needed and sorted me out quickly. Solid multitasking, thankyou!

This is the worst store that I ever went. They will not help you to solve any issue. ESim activation time is too long. I ask them to help to call tech support which I cannot call without SIM card. They use the protocol saying : oh it’s not 4 hours yet. I can’t do anything. And I can’t call tech support since 4 hours not reached. So I went back to chatswood Optus in 30 mins and they called tech support and solved the problem. What a great customer service!
Totally USELESS - dont know what they are doing and dont understand the products they are selling
A great team of customer service representatives, very capable and able to deal with a variety of different issues - they are able to point you in the right direction if the case cannot be handled in store
Optus is a customer centric company and the retail store at North Sydney is testimony to it. The staff at the store are very friendly and helpful. They really understand customer problem and do whatever is needed to address it to get the customer up and running. The store is at a convenient location and accessible to many businesses and customers around the CBD. Highly recommend this retail store for a positive customer experience.
Have followed the current Store Manager from every Optis store he has been in as he is the most friendly, helpful and pleasant person to deal with who is polite and patient with his customers. A very rare quality in tech Customer Service these days. Cannot speak highly enough of Kaleb.
