Do not use optus. I have been on the phone with them all week trying to sort my internet and they assured me that it will be fixed within 24hrs. After calling everyday, one week later still no fix and then I get told that the people who can fix it do not work weekends. What a joke these guys are, giving me false information all week. Do not use optus, they clearly know nothing

This is the worst service experience I’ve ever had and I have never been treated so badly by a store in all my life. They gave me a phone that, upon opening, didn’t work and refused to replace it with another new phone. Emily, the manager of this store is completely hopeless and the sales reps aren’t any better. Once they’ve got your business you are on your own. Word to the wise.....avoid Optus and definitely avoid the Woden store. I regret ever signing up to Optus and stepping foot in the Woden store.
