Had a great experience today when I had to go in for a filling. From the time I walked in I was welcomed and treated like a VIP! All staff are professional, pleasant and informative about the treatment and aftercare. Highly recommended. Thanks!
Myself and my family have been visiting Optima Dental for over 10 years, general check-ups and on- going orthodontic work for the children, I have found the staff to be polite and have always made me feel at ease, answering any questions that I've had. The children have always been well informed and treated with respect, with a few jokes along the way - too help calm the nerves. I speak openly and honestly with all the staff and I feel that this helps not only them but gives me confidence to keep going back for regular check-ups.
The staff are so wonderful and provide excellent service. All of the dentists along with their dental assistants are fabulous and take great care in ensuring you’re comfortable throughout appointments. Definitely recommend this place for everyone!!
I've had 2 teeth pulled in the chair and a root canal and they do not compare to the pain I went through getting a bloody check up and clean!! So painful for something so simple, I'll NEVER go here again or refer any one too either!!!
Lovely staff every time I've been here. I actually don't mind going to the dentist now, before coming here i was very nervous and hadn't seen a dentist in over 10 years!
The online booking system doesn't work you book in an appointment a week out only to get a text message 3 days later but there's a problem with the booking and that you don't actually have a booking and the earliest they can see you as two weeks later nice if you have an emergency
Worst dental experience in memory, continuously trying to "up sell" me even printing out invoices in the room as I sat in the dental chair. Would not recommend at all
Really friendly staff. I highly recommend them.
