Went there to change the eyepads of my glasses today. The lady at the counter seated me and started working on it immediately. After a short while, she came back with a pair of squeaky clean glasses. It felt like new and didn't cost me anything. Impressed by the service, gonna come here for my next pair of glasses!!
Customer service was amazing! I’d never been in this store before and yet I felt so welcome as soon as I walked inside. All staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Jamie was so accommodating to my circumstances of waiting for gift cards to pay for my sunglasses as my birthday present but she ordered them anyways and said I can pay the day I come to collect them.
The team at OPSM were very helpful, working with me to sort out exactly which frames and lenses I wanted clear lenses in wrap sunglasses frames. Amanda optometrist was great as usual. Excellent advice and additional testing based on my medical history.
Staff are so helpful - Very high customer service. Optometrist is very experienced & give good advice. Very happy with result of the lenses for my glasses - Much much better than where I had them done last time
Worst customer service and quality of product are not good as mentioned. As I have brought my glasses which are broken and while claiming for warranty asking me to pay money for replacement.
Firstly, the optometrists are good but the customer service has been dreadful. My disappointing experience was buying expensive frames that turned out to inferior quality, they replaced them with the same model which ended up having the same fault. Secondly, when I had lenses sent away to be made they came back with a manufacturing fault that caused agonising headaches. Despite all of this, they refused to give me a refund so I could go else where and only gave me store credit. Thirdly, and finally, in a recent visit they wasted an hour and a half of my time on a busy day, despite me going out of my way to accomodate them. I’ve finally l learnt my lesson, I do not recommend this store.
GReat service!! Talking about customer service, I am pleased! The machines are game changers; comfortable, efficient, and accurate I would like to think.
I ordered a pair of special lens, was told that it might take a little bit longer than usual to get my glasses but it arrived in just a week!!! So efficient!!! The glasses are of very high quality and I found it‘s really comfortable to wear. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful too. Fantastic experience overall. Will definitely come back.
Jaymie and her team have provided exceptional customer service everytime I've been in. Very happy with my glasses and experience overall. Shall definitely return and highly recommend!
The doctors I saw are very good! I appreciate it so much! And I absolutely love Dr Amanda Connelly,she is so patient,nice and professional!
