Excellent! I just had my eye test and scan done by Brendan, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and great at explaining the answers to some previously unanswered questions I had about eye health and vision. The whole experience of being greeted on arrival right through to my eye tests and discussing frame and lens options was very pleasant. A very professional team! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and have already booked my wife in for an appointment.

Bought Ray Ban prescription glasses from here, they are perfectly made and transition lenses change color very quickly in the sun. They are bit expensive but customer service is very good. Thanks to staff mamber Amy she was very nice.

Have dealt with this branch on a few occassions & found their service to be very professional and helpful. Will return again no doubt.

Used to be much smaller but they renovated it a few years back and now it's HUGE and very modern, has everything you might need including BIG W, K MART, TARGET, COLES, ALDI and Woolies. Two sushi places that make really really good sushi, and most probably the most beautiful food court in the western suburbs period. I don't go to Indooroopilly anymore.. no need, I live in Jamboree Heights and it's super convenient. The only issue is that because its all on one level, you'll walk a lot to get from one end to the other (the place is huge), but they do provide a lot of nice sofas to sit on and rest :) P.S. To the lady who gave it only one star because the woman in customer service didn't understand her non-english-speaking mum.. **I am an immigrant myself**, English is my second language and I have news for you - in Australia - PEOPLE SPEAK ENGLISH. Which means that if your mum doesn't speak English at all (from what you describe) and the lady in customer service gets agitated because she can't understand her - it doesn't mean she is racist (its not even the definition) - it means she doesn't understand how she can help someone who can't communicate with her! Giving the whole place 1 star just because your mum had a bad experience with one person there is rude and offensive. I can't start to tell you how annoying it is to go to an asian restaurant where the waiters have no idea what I am saying.. because the owner employs poor working holiday visa holders or students he knows won't complain against him - for $5 an hour.
