I purchased a frame from this OPSM, now I want to exchange it. They said I can not, due to my health insurance policy.
Beware - If you want a standard eye test that is covered by bulk billing do not go here as you will be charged $60 for an eye scan which is not covered by medicare or private health. And to be honest it isnt needed. Disappointing and sneaky OPSM that you push customers into this and dont really give them an option to say no.
