Always fast always well made. Oporto is always top tier for peri peri burgers and chicken and Oporto Rothwell is no exception. Exactly what you’d expect it to be.
So disappointing the difference between dining in and take away. I thought the whole point of ordering from a chain/franchise is that you are at least guaranteed to have consistency. Paper bowl take out extremely disappointing! 27.8.23 and black bowl amazing! 1.8.23 yet they are the same price.
Very rude and snarky cashier girl. Usually the service is better but not only was she being sarcastic to me for just asking a question but we didn't get a bag or napkins for two orders and the wrong sauce for both orders and i got the tiniest piece of chicken... I don't know if she was new or something but pls do better next time oporto
First time coming to this Oporto. They did well, especially considering they were down a few staff members.nnThe food was cooked well and perhaps even less common amongst fast food places, they got our order 100% accurate.nnThey were pretty quiet today but a few people had hit the drive through as we got there so they told us there may be a slight delay. That said the food arrived pretty darned fast and they delivered to the table.nnNot sure what the negative scores are about for this store, but we were quite happy.
Ordered 3 large meals dine in and we were the only people in the restaurant. We watch 3 drive through cars go past as our burgers sat on plates with no chips under heat lamps. After reminding the staff of how long we have been waiting for, they served up our meals with luke warm burgers. This is the second time I have experienced this from this store.
