Place used to be really good now just spent 20mins in drive thru she took my order twice. I asked why the amount was so high? Her response was pricing went up yesterday...got my food it's wrong and she's charged me more for what I asked for....I cant believe we are getting this bad in this world...seriously it's not hard
I’ve all ways liked Oporto but communication breakdown is terrible. I asked several times for my birthday 10% discount to be used when scanning loyalty card. When checked receipt not discounted. Then multiply excuses why it’s too late to do it. It’s like they really didn’t want me to get the 10% off. Next time they said. There won’t be a next time. Lift your game Oporto
Oporto are about the slowest fast food around, and this place is no different. BUT you get good and surprisingly healthy food after the wait, and something I have appreciated more and more of the South Perth outlet is their reliability. Every time I'm looking for dinner near the CBD without having to cook it myself, there's always some "unexpected" drama that means I can't get the experience that was advertised. Is South Perth Oporto open especially late? Absolutely not. But they are open when they say they are open, serve what they say they serve, and it takes about the same time to get it whether there's 10 cars in line or 1. They have never messed up my order. This should be a low bar to pass but for their competitors it apparently isn't.
Pineapple deserves to be in more burgers. Chips were pretty nice, but had to go back for sauces and some of our drinks.Food: 5/5
It's ok. Polite and friendly staff, speedy service when I went. Didn't really like that the salad was just put into the box with the chicken and chips. Had the Mexican tomato salad, kind of bland. Half the chips were soggy due to being in with the salad, thought the tomato salad would come in a separate container. Half chicken was given as two quarters. It was ok but I don't think I'll be going with Oporto again, well not the particular box I chose this time. Taste was good, presentation needs work.
Not to bad food wise burger was nice chips ordinary, it was midnight though. Averge time to receive order and staff were really good.Food: 4/5

Excellent hot food, fast service and wonderful clean restaurant. Second time here and service still remains the same. Highly recommend for a quick meal or snack and only 5-10 min drive from Victoria Park
I used to be a frequent visitor to the Bentley plaza branch but I noticed the food quality served went down drastically hence I moved to south Perth.Food: 5/5
