Oporto

Bondi burger, crumb on chicken was mushy, the sauce had also made the bun soggy, overall very soggy and mushy burger, i have had these before from other locations and are always good, this tripple bondi burger was very dissappointing.Food: 1/5

I walk in today and was really happy with Oporto today and I thought I should skare the experience Very Clean though out When I walked to the counter greeted me nicely Called me Paul when it was ready it was made quick The Chicken Salad was great Every thing was great Well done

I’m very disappointed the food was full of girls hair and it’s have a chicken feathers I tried to talk to them and they told me they can’t do anything about it ,,worst Oporto experience ever

I see other reviews that are a bit harsh on this place. I've never been served bad food from them personally, the only reason I dropped a star, is because I did have an employee once be a little obtuse. But still go there regularly, and have not personally had any problems, just good old Oporto.

Less than impressed with the fact that the lettuce on my burger tonight was more CABBAGE than lettuce.

I ordered the other day, the guy did not mention to me that there was crispy tenders so I ended up with the grilled tenders, they where dry, the chips where soggy and cold and had no salt at all.

I brought 3 meals tonight for my children and myself from the Greenhills store. All 3 meals were disgusting. The chips were cold and soggy as were the wrap and burger that I purchased. The chicken strips were burnt. The 3 meals cost me over $40. Oporto is usually our go to especially the Rutherford store but I will never be purchasing from the Greenhills store again

Went through drive through. They forgot drink with my meal. Drove back through and said you forgot my drink. Handed over drink and walked away. No apology. Hard hard is it to say sorry?
