They tried to charge me full price on 2 meals but substituted the bottles of coke with smaller cans. I asked the staff if it's cheaper because they are providing less. I was told no and it still cost the same, full price for both meals. Not the first problem I have had with this store. Poor form Oporto Balcatta
The restaurant and kitchen was dirty. this is understandable if you are busy but you were not. we were the only customers you had. Saw your kitchenhand touch his face aswell and didn't change his gloves. My point is this is sanitary issue considering you are in a food industry.
Must admit we haven't had Oporto for a long time. We all enjoyed our burgers or grilled chicken meals. Have always liked the way they make everything up fresh.
Nice tasting food but very expensive for what you get. Picture is large chips! Pulled chicken bowl was meant to have coleslaw and a and tomato salad. Had neither but some cut up lettuce. Won't be going back again...
