Worst food worst service I got this what they call a wrap it’s into pieces I gave it to the worker to fix it for me then she took it gave it to someone he just changed the paper. The workers were sooo rude and they were laughing at me
The experience was great from the food and serving perspective. There are seating areas inside and outside, but the seating areas outside was not very clean. But we like having the Bondi Burger and Wraps from Oporto, and it was perfect this time as well here.Food: 5/5
Came by to have some lunch, and the person serving us was a young girl but her attitude was rude. No greeting as we approached the counter, as we were ordering she was rushing us “anything else, is that all for today” while i was mid sentence. The restaurant was empty and it was like we ruined her day by walking in to grab some food. We came to grab a seat and all the tables were dirty, looked like they’ve never been wiped down. I asked her to wipe down the table and she said yeh wait, me and my mother were left standing for 5 minutes untill she decided to come wipe the table. Whilst she was wiping it she was spraying the table and the spray was not directed at the table and it was going on us. I’m so sorry but if you don’t like your job quit. If you need a job go work somewhere were you enjoy it. Don’t put your sorrow onto your customers. We are just here to eat.
I stopped there for triple fillet bondi burger which I chose to have as dine in. I requested for fresh burger also mentioned I am happy to wait for it. I do appreciate staff did a good job. I got nice and fresh burger. However I got quite disappointed with the way they serve the burger for din in customers. I got burger which is not wrapped at all. It was all open and imagine its triple fillet burger. How the hell I am going to take a bite when all the filling is dropping down. I couldn't enjoy my burger at all. It was all around in bits and pieces in my plate. I believe adding a wrap around the burger will leave the customer's with better experience. Otherwise I think I would ask for takeaway next time. Parking at the front of the store with ease... Walked in and ordered a Familia Feed... As we went to sit down the place was a mess, no one had cleaned the tables or floors for a while by the looks of things... It was disgusting... On top of that my wife opened up her burger and the chicken did not look healthy at all... She went back and ask for another burger as it wasn't cooked well... My daughter didn't want to eat her burger after seeing her mums burger as she was disgusted in what she saw... Overall I will not be going back to this store anymore because of the bad experience we had last night... Cost wise the Familia Feed has gone up from $35 to an extra $5 to $40 for the Familia Feed Terrible... Second Oporto's store i wont be going back too anymore...
One of the best customer service moments I have experienced. Great food and amazing staff.
After 10 pm is drive thru only but after telling them I can't go drive thru as I drive a big truck, I was still refused service. I thought about trying to talk some sense to them but then I saw a staff sneezed onto their hand and went about their business. So I left.
Ridiculous service. Paid for a triple fillet Bondi meal. Drive all the way home - open the burger and its single fillet. Drove back kindly asked for my triple fillet. They give me soggy chips and another burger. Drive all the way home again and it's double fillet. Giving the correct order isn't rocker science! Poor service and professionalism.
Best staff and food is always great - highly recommend
