Seems no one cares about the shop. All table are dirty couldn’t find a clean one.
The place is in a perfect place. However, visited Oporto and was unfortunately disappointed with my meal. The overall taste of the food was quite mild, lacking the flavorful punch I was expecting. The quality of the products also didn't meet my expectations. While the service was decent, the food itself left much to be desired. I hope the Opporto staff can improve their way. As the fries weren't cooked properly and the bun was hard. But the hungry made me eat those burgers however they did not return back.
Customer service and considerations are non existent here. Tables all dirty, food overcooked and dry. Total waste of money. Cant use the toilet here as there is an out of order sign, but the staff open a door with a key and use it for themselves! Guess they don’t want to offer and clean ammenities for their patrons. I thought there was a law for dine in restaurants to have operating toilets. Staff all speak to each other in foreign language, sounds like Hindi perhaps, not sure. Certainly not acceptable behaviour in the Australian workplace.
Walked inside the store to order a fresh meal as drive through when ever I ask they say yes it’s fresh but it’s always hard and chewy chicken , they leave the fries hanging in the basket cooked and as soon as a order gets placed they re dip the fries in the oil for a few seconds to make them look fresh . Avoid this place they don’t know anything about food hygiene and safety
I visited around 8 pm today there were three girls, who were passing time rather than taking the order or listening to the customer and when I tried to talk to them they were rude and weren’t responding … worst service nOporto you really need to work on your staffnNobody would like to come and pay for this type of behavior where the customer is not valued. Highly disappointed
