Ordered the Loaded Otropo Rappa. It was anything but loaded, definitely not worth $11.95. The wrap itself was stale, there was an off taste from either the pineapple or lettuce. It certainly was not fresh. Won't be back. Left feedback through the website and waiting to hear back.
Burn chicken and different from I use to get for the other shop. I suggest the staff to get trained properly. Poor servicenBad service. I already give this shop a second chance to se place an order
We ordered a Bondi bowl by looking at a deceiving picture on the menu screen the picture was inflated/blown up in size.nnThe bowl came out really small & had very little salad & only two small pieces of chicken.nnUpon inquiring, the serving staff said it’s marketing through the picture & it is what it is.nnAlso, only gave a choice of one sauce.nNot impressed at all, if you are charging a customer then at least deliver the shown quantity.nnNot worth coming back.
My partner and I have wanted to try Oporto for a while now and finally did. Not impressednnAfter attempting to place an order with a member who was speaking too softly and seemed very dissociated we finally got our order placed.nnAfter waiting a lovely 20 to 25 minutes for our order we received one meal with cold chips and the other with somehow hot undercooked chips. Wrap was terrible same with the burger and chicken pieces, I would have rather spent my money on McDonald’s and I hate McDonald’s…….
Haven't had Oporto for a while so thought might make a nice change. Wasn't overly impressed. The service was unenthusiastic with no suggestions or explanations of the menu.nThe burger was covered in sauce so got it all over my hands. I ordered Lemon and herb Double Bondi but got Chilli. Not the end of the world but boesnt inspire me to go back.
