got mynails done here today full set of acrylics nice price didnt have a long wait time like other places near by. lady was good did the nails didn't speak much but changed the shape of my nail when asked, slight nail polish around nail, no pain no cuts, good thankyou.
I would have rated this a bit nicer if the customer services was any better than the nails which shouldn’t be hard to do considering the nails TURNED BROWN! after only three days and we’re lumpier than a camels back. I would recommend not going here if your looking for acrylics and to get slapped by a worker on your hands if you move just slightly. many eye rolls.
very rude nail techs. they gave me the box of colours to choose from and after 10 minutes i chose white which she said to me “i didn’t even need to give you the box then really”. after that she asked me the shape i wanted and i said i didn’t want much taken off my real nails just cleaned nicely. she then proceeded to file my nails down so they were basically all gone. i stopped her and said i don’t actually want a shape anymore as you’ve filed them too low, just just clean them up. she laughed at me and then at her coworker. she didn’t clean up any of the other nails and just put the sns on them. she applied the clear coat and told me it was done. i complained and said you haven’t touched this hand at all, they haven’t been cleaned up and they’re still messy, i don’t want to pay for this. meanwhile the manager was eating a sandwich right behind us. she ended up cleaning my nails but i still have 3 shorter than the others now. i felt very disrespected.Service: Manicure
I get my nails done here on a regular basis. I work as a sign writer and my nails come in handy in my job. I've NEVER had a nail break or come off and I do not wrap my hands in cotton wool, I work with machines and chemicals and they also last until I can get there for a refill. Definitely the strongest nails that I've encountered in the area.
Terrible service. I was quoted $15 for shellac removal and nails filed by one employee. I was in and out the chair in about 7 minutes. I was then charged $30 because she trimmed my cuticles. When I brought this up I was treated terribly and had about 5 of them standing round me raising their voice. Won’t ever be back. More interested in money than customer serviceService: Manicure
I had my nails professionally done by someone previously and went in to this store to get my acrylic nails including tips removed. I had to tell them multiple times I wanted a 'soak off removal' and not a refill and was met with multiple eye rolls. when they clipped the excess of the tips off, they were rough and reckless and ended up cutting half of my natural nails as well which I wanted to keep long. instead of soaking off the acrylic like they were meant to do, they peeled my real nail from the tip using a cuticle cutter, and then popped and pulled the acrylic nail from my real nail. not only is it painful, but it damages the nail bed when it is not soaked in acetone to gently remove the nail. on top of that, they charged me $20 for simply pulling off the acrylic nail which I could have done at home myself. they were unprofessional and rude and left me in shock after the service they had completed and half of the acrylic nail glue is still left on my nails. will definitely not be returning or recommendingServices: Polish removal
