Just spent two weeks at the Ontrack retreat in Devon and I would 100% recommend it. The staff are incredible, so supportive and friendly and they motivate you throughout the whole experience. The exercise classes were hard work but really fun, and they can be altered to fit your ability,the food was lovely, the lodge was comfy and I've met some amazing people who will be friends for life. The classes are very informative and helpful. I've learnt so much in two weeks. I had amazing results during my time there, not only with weight loss, but my fitness improved, my anxiety reduced and my confidence has grown massively. If you're thinking of booking, please give it a go, you won't regret it! I was a nervous wreck when I arrived but was quickly reassured and was helped through the whole experience. Thank you Ontrack
Just back from a 2 week stay with On Track Weight Loss retreat and it was excellent. A combination of healthy food, proscribed exercise - to meet individual needs, and informative and motivational seminars. I lost more weight and CMs than I thought possible - and feel well motivated to continue on my own. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable and I would highly recommend On Track to anyone- whatever your size, shape or need.
I found OnTrack Weight Loss & Fitness to be an amazing experience. In addition to doing lots of different exercises including walking, swimming, gym workouts, etc, I received valuable information about nutrition and general healthy living. Although I hadn't met any of the other people who went the week I was there before, we all got on really well and were really keen to support each other. Jenna was brilliant and was a delight to chat to and took genuine pride in helping people on their journey to being fitter and was interested in each and every person who was there, designing bespoke exercises and tips for each person to suit their goals, fitness and lifestyle. I would most definitely recommend OnTrack Retreats. A big thanks to Jenna and the team.
My husband and I participated in a weeks retreat in January and both found it exceptional. We both lost a substantial amount of weight which motivated us to carry on what we had learnt during the week. We found Jenna and Leah enthusiastic, encouraging and professional and they treated everyone on the retreat with respect irrespective of age gender race or size and there was a mix of all. We participated in everything and there was a good mix of exercises for everyone and at every level of ability. We would definitely recommend it and plan to return ourselves for a booster week when we can.
My daughter and I spent a week at OnTrack in January and we had a brilliant time. Jenna, Leah and the team are excellent at motivating you to improve your fitness and lifestyle in a friendly and encouraging way. Their energy and enthusiasm is infectious and we found ourselves doing exercise we hadn't thought possible! We both left OnTrack wishing we could have stayed longer but more than happy with the weight loss we had achieved, the experience and the friends we had made. There were 10 other guests attending the OnTrack programme - we were a mismatch of people from all walks of life; all shapes, colour and sizes; ages ranging from teenager to octogenarian; yet we came away from the OnTrack retreat feeling better in ourselves and having made good friendships. Huge thanks to Jenna and Leah for their hard work and encouragement - it did not matter to them who you were or whether you had one stone to lose or ten - we were all treated equally, with respect and courtesy, and nurtured. It was a great experience. In addition, OnTrack keep supporting you once you have left their environment "bubble" which is a great safety net. I recommend this retreat to anyone serious about wanting to lose weight and improve their fitness/lifestyle in a fun environment. Thank you Jenna and Leah!
I stayed for 2 weeks in Jan/Feb. Wonderful place. I learnt so much about nutrition. The exercise sessions were fantastic. I'm seriously considering booking another trip! Jenna and her team are fantastic. I was on the program at the same time as the lady who has complained and there was definitely no racism and we all had a fantastic experience.
My experience at On Track was one of the best of my life. Jenna was the most inspirational and positive course leader; always helping me to achieve more than I thought possible and going above and beyond what anyone could ask of her. I follow the experiences of others regularly via the Facebook page and know that she continues to provide a retreat that is excellent in every way and continuing to transform and improve lives. It is my dream to return as soon as I am able because nothing has had a more positive influence on my and my attitudes towards exercise and nutrition. I can't speak highly enough of the whole organisation
I visited OnTrack in the Summer of 2015 and it changed my life. The retreat concentrates on both the physical side of weight loss, as well as the psychological - because that is such a big part of it, and for myself the biggest hurdle. Jenna was the most wonderful group leader. My week was particularly quiet at the retreat and I had the pleasure of walking with just Jenna through the beautiful hills and getting to know her. Therefore I can attest to the allegations of racism below being complete and utter poppycock. I myself am an Asian woman and not a single member of the team or participant of the retreat looked at me any differently to anybody else, and the accusation that Jenna or anybody at OnTrack would do so are utterly preposterous. The sessions with the dietician are most useful, and the psychologist was particularly helpful for me as I have struggled with my weight my entire life and a large percentage of my problem is indeed psychological. As I said, the retreat is the perfect mix of physical and psych. I reached goals I never thought I could within just a week of being there, and I have continued to lose 3 stone at home as well as reverse my diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes. Despite my visit being over a year and a half ago, anytime I have a question Jenna is there to help me with it. Aside from all of that, the grounds are so beautiful, particularly in the Summer. And the food is delicious! I still use many of the recipes I learnt there now. In conclusion, if you have the opportunity to visit Jenna and the team at OnTrack - do it. There is absolutely no chance of you regretting it, and it will change your life. What are you waiting for?! :
I did an 8 week weight loss program and words cannot describe how life changing this was. Lost a hell of a lot of weight and came out healthier and stronger than ever. Before OnTrack, I couldn't jog, mainly due to a knee problem but now a few months later, I can jog for short periods of time which is a success and my knee is stronger and causes less pain. They teach you the skills you need to continue losing weight and keeping fit at home and motivate you when your feeling down. Even after you've left they call you and ask you how you are and have a support group on Facebook so your never alone. Thanks so much to the team for changing my life and would highly recommend this to anyone!
On track was an amazing experience for me! Jenna and the other trainers along with those that gave us presentations are so knowledgeable it's impossible not to rake in what they say. You get out of it what you put in and the team encourage you all the way to meet your goals. It's a fantastic place and would recommend to anyone.
