I've been working in OAC Balwyn North for more than 2 years now. All the staff here are so lovely and supportive. It's not a easy job, but the teamwork from management, leadership and every staff including our fantastic chef drives each other to collaborative together as a whole to provide our best to the children we love.
Working at the Balwyn North campus has been amazing! The team is very warm and welcoming, and everyone has a passion for providing nurturing quality care for children and families as well as having fun at the same time, making a difference! It has been wonderful to work here with a team who are supportive and encouraging of each other!
Daughter attended here from 10months old to 2yrs8months and my twins from 7months for 3months until we unfortunately had to move centres due to relocating.nFantastic centre manager and assistant manger Pheobe and Monique. Motivated & always listening to what the kids would like in their environment & always coming up with ways to keep them engaged. Consistent staff, enrolment team easy to work with. We miss OAC compared to new centre.
We cannot speak highly enough of the quality of care and the staff at OAC. Our children have attended since it opened and love going here. The manager Chris has done a wonderful job of building a great community which honours the diverse families attending the centre. No hesitation in recommending this centre to other families.
I have worked here from August the inception year, and haven't looked back. The staff are very friendly, our director Phoebe is amazing and easy to talk to and is very understanding which is what you want in a boss. We are a diverse campus, staff and families with races from all over. The staff are also very flexible with catering for children and families needs, if a parent requests something from the staff we are more then happy to discuss it and see what we can do to meet their needs.
