The products they stock are wonderful but the service was non existent. Having spent over a hour in store shopping with my family & spending over $600 in store, there was no customer service while finding appropriate sizing or products, I had to find everything myself As a regular shopper at One Zach in Bright I was very disappointed because the Yarrawonga store is the polar opposite
I visited this store over the weekend and you would think after losing so much business due to covid restrictions the customer service would be fabulous. None of workers greeted me or my friend and we had to help ourselves with sizes when in the change room. If you want people to support small businesses you need to at least serve your customers. I have had better customer service shopping online. Train your staff.

Walked in and was walking around lucky I wasn't after anything in particular because the sales staff were to busy talking amongst themselves rather than at least offer assistance
Would recommend if they actually gave out refunds or put up signs to say refunds are not available.
No customer service, good clothes for young people.
LoVED the quicksilver stuff !!
