I’ve been training at One Playground for a while now and I genuinely love it. The space is modern, clean, and really well organised. The equipment is new and well maintained, and even during peak hours you can still get a solid workout in.nnThere’s a great variety of machines — especially for lower body workouts which I personally love . The cardio area is also very complete. Everything feels high quality and the atmosphere is motivating without being overwhelming.nnI also want to mention that Caterine was incredibly attentive when showing me around and explaining everything. She made the whole experience feel welcoming and smooth from the start.nnOne thing I really appreciate is the overall energy of the place. People actually go there to train, so it’s a focused environment, which I prefer.nnHighly recommend it if you’re looking for a well-equipped, modern gym with a great vibe in Sydney.
I've been training at one playground for a while now, and I can't say enough good things about mynexperience, especially with my favourite PT Radek Gregor . His dedication to helping me achieve my fitness goals through personal sessions hasnbeen incredible and lots of fun. Radek will motivated and push you until you never want to come back to the gym hahaha jokes he genuinely cares about his clients' progress. He tailors each session to my specific needs and challenges me in the best possible way. Thanks to his expert guidance, I've seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and learning to love the gym.nnThankyou so much radek for all the pain and results
I’ve been training with Head Coach Amie for about 2.5 years now and she’s honestly fantastic. I love the programs she writes; they’re thoughtful, challenging, and I’ve learned so much while seeing real progress. She keeps me focused on my goals and accountable, both in and out of the gym.nnAmie's always upbeat, knowledgable and super easy to be around, perfect for those early morning sessions! Couldn’t recommend her more.
Absolutely amazing gym with plenty of good vibes and great personal trainers - in particular, Radek Gregor! He’s made my workout journey a pleasant one filled with laughter and fun memories. I’ve achieved my first 3 digit weight load because of his eagerness to push clients to work harder.
I’ve been training at One Playground for almost 9 years and moved to the Newtown club about 3 years ago. I love the atmosphere at the Newtown club, the lights make it especially fun - I always feel motivated walking into the gym . I enjoy the split levels and the more private space with the leg machines, as it means I can move around the gym and always find what I need. I especially want to shout out my Coach, Amie, who has been pivotal in my recovery and health. Amie has curated my program, getting me to a point where I feel strong, capable, and confident in my body’s strength. My biggest achievement see below was completing one unassisted pull-up! Amie was able to create a safe and sustainable gym program, despite my frequent health hurdles, to achieve my goals.
