Great priced gym given the broad selection of materials. Super friendly staff. Sam was amazing in helping me out and showing me around. I believe this gym will be great regardless of your fitness goals and they seem to have ample trainers if you are new.
Well priced gym with a great selection of classes. However, loses a star because the Pilates studio is always super grimy not vacuumed and hair all over the floor/under the machine where you change springs is always dirty. Unfortunately, app always crashes at 12pm when it comes time to book in classes, meaning the more popular ones book out within like 10 seconds. The gym is in a great location though, and has friendly staff and welcoming vibes.
Would personally like to give a shoutout to Sam - who gave us a tour around the gym and booked both my friend and I to a mat pilates class. He was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our fitness goals. The mat pilates class was amazing, I personally am not a huge fan of mat pilates as I prefer reformer but this one changed my mind. Would highly recommend this gym!
I have had an excellent experience at this gym, and I couldn't be more impressed. The Strong and Athletica Fit classes are absolutely fantastic, providing a perfect balance of challenge and support. The coaches are truly outstanding—they're knowledgeable, motivating, and always ready to offer guidance. The gym itself is well-equipped, with everything needed for a great workout, and the space is perfectly sized for the number of members, ensuring a comfortable environment. Overall, it’s excellent value for the quality and experience provided. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals!
Tbh I think the best one around. Not overcrowded. Has all the equipment has good good classes sometimes I miss a few classes but I got marrickville to cover those classes. Amazing trainers and instructors. Still maintained really well. They should refurb a few things here and there fix the aircon on the top floor. Will be tip top again.
