We were very happy with the service provided by Christian and his team. As absentee vendors we depended on our agents to make sure that the selling process went smoothly, and it did indeed do so. We dealt mainly with Olivia who visited regularly, kept us informed, and negotiated sympathetically with our tenants who had not yet moved out at the time that open houses were held. All in all we were very pleased that we engaged Christian and his team.

We had a great experience with One Agency whilst we were tenants but were asked to vacate the property early so the owner could sell. We were called frequently to be encouraged to leave before end of lease and we were happily trying to comply. However, after exit, bond was claimed - even though we had hired a bond cleaner, they weren't allowed to return to complete the cleaning so we were charged again along with other things. I would be wary of tenancy here and encourage ethical landlords to do their due diligence.

EASY, PROFESSIONAL & RESULTS DRIVEN Deciding to sell my property was a hard decision but after speaking to Christian, he took the stress and anxiety out of the equation which comes with such a big commitment. He listened to what I wanted but was also realistic about the market situation. He cared about the outcome and kept me updated at all times. Above؜ and beyond! Tarryn and Amy went to great efforts to help me secure a rental property in Wollongong while I was living in Brisbane.
