Such a nice Korean modern cafe in a non busy street. The pork patties is very tasty. The pork noodle taste ok, but pork flavors is not obvious. Best to order set to get more flavors in the soup. Their matcha latte very good, topped with thick cream, very creamy, but heavy. The ginger cinnamon punch is a bit too sweet. This cafe is huge, have 2 levels of indoor tables and outside seating too. A dog friendly cafe. Staff are very friendly. Plenty of parking nearby.
Tucked away in Armadale on High street away from the busy side is this little quaint cafe serving Korean brunch. The menu is small so it is easy to choose from. We tried three different dishes. The pork noodle soup was a little bland for our liking and the pork slices a little dry too. The yukhoe Bibimbap is fragrant with the smell of sesame oil and has been assembled well with all the other toppings but we find it to be pricey for the portion you get. The fried chicken was probably the best amongst all three. It was crispy, juicy and the sauce was not too overpowering. However, again the price is a bit steep for the portion.nFood - 7nService - 10nVibe - 9nPrice - $$$
The bibimbap dish set was perfection! Coffee very good. Service is friendly and efficient. One of my best cafe experiences in Melbourne.
Cute little cafe tucked away in Armadale. As you entered you’ll see the friendliest people with smiles on their faces. Prompt services and care that made you feel like you’re at a friend’s place enjoying a cuppa with a book! Now, onto the food. Excellent portion, with so much freshness and colours. Bimbimbab was delicious. Pork broth was light but so tasty and not oily at all. Definitely my go to for Korean brunch!
What a lovely little cafe tucked in the suburbs of Armadale. When we went we had to wait quite a long time roughly an hour because there were so many people in line.nnWe ordered the bibimbab as well as the gogiguksu. The presentation was absolutely lovely. The side dishes were fresh and delicious! My early complaint is that you cannot ask for free refills.nnIn terms of the mains, the style of food is definitely more like what you would find in Korea. What this means is that it's quite light in flavour unlike some of the Korean places in Melbourne where it's very very heavy. Some may enjoy this but some may not. I actually prefer my food with a bit more flavour and richness.nnOverall I think this cafe is worth a visit and I also recommend that you try one of their drinks. I found them to be surprisingly delicious!
