The meal is good, but the temperature is a little high inside and air conditioner is not cool enough.

Great food & coffee with excellent ambience. Just BYO good company.

I had an excellent duck burrito here with very fresh ingredients, generous serving of duck and amazing flavour. The pasta is also fantastic. I've known this to be a great place for coffee but was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food at Once upon a Time!

Amazing cafè, nice atmosphere,  awesome staff. Lovely food, great presentation and even better taste. You need to come try this place out sooner rather than later. Has downstairs seating also you can also park outside the back behind Woolies - near the loading dock

If there were 6 stars, I'd give them that. The decor and ambiance is really vintage and industrial feel to it. I had a brunch on a vintage sewing machine table downstairs. Even, there's this cute VW van downstairs where you can enjoy your meal. I really really loved the place

Fantastic design and atmosphere. They put so much effort into their design. Best cafe design I have seen. Coffee is very weak so I always have to order double shots. Food is average.

An nostalgic atmosphere Cafe, friendly staff and nice food and presentation. Menu is full of choices.
