Absolutely the best way to get my day started.nI go to a lot of otr’s but this one has the best staff. I live nearby of this service station. My family visit this pace all the time for coffee snack lunch etc. Not only because the products but mainly the efficient friendly customer service! Love this place

Last night around 1:20 I came to fill petrol he is not opening the nozzle and when ring door bell no respond for 10 minutes continuously

Washrooms are always closed in this in night time. Being a regular customer i have found washrooms always closed for cleaning in my last 10 visits. There is always excuse by store manager that its been closed for cleaning. Same issue experienced by my other mates

Toilets were absolutely feral  OTR needs to start investing in cleaners and stop expecting there insanely busy customer service staff to clean toilets
