Staff were rude after losing our booking and very unhelpful. Would not recommend unless you would like your holiday to be ruined. We travelled 2 hours and were looking forward to our weekend away only to find out we had nowhere to stay even though we had a confirmed booking email. Very disappointing and very unprofessionally dealt with.Rooms: 1/5
Booked online for 7 people, got a rude call the next morning telling me it’s wrong and to cancel it. Cancelled and booked again for 6 that was allowed. Called her back and confirmed it’s all good. Called on the day as I didn’t get anything in writing to be told nope no booking and “I have paying customers in front of me” so if I wanted to discuss this to call later. Had to book last minute accommodation elsewhere. Horrible customer service
Very rude owners/landlords. They mucked up our booking that we had booked back in August and confirmed with Wotif. Next morning our organiser spoke to a lady in the office from on the river apartments the next day after booking to confirm how many would be staying. Lucky our organiser contacted yesterday morning just before we left to travel to our destination for our weekend away because they lost our booking and we had to find us new accommodation elsewhere. Very disappointed with the service and treatment of our booking that they stuffed up and lack of empathy of their mistake, rudely was told that they couldn’t help us and to call back at another time if we want to discuss further.
Coral & Peter were an absolute delight from booking to staying. Exemplary service all the way. Recommendations on everything from various cuisine on offer to places to visit. They are an amazing Team. Apartment was nothing short of spectacular boasting the most amazing views. Roomy, modern & thoroughly clean & sparkly. Everything here was wonderful. Close walk to anything & everything, secure car park, great private pool area. Didn't visit Games Room but it's all here. Exceptionally clean & definite Wow factor. Thank you for a most memorable stay.
Great location....great amenities....very happy with our 2 bedroom apartment...roomy...and has been a very enjoyable stay.
Very quiet and relaxing. Well priced and a freindly place. Location was excellent. A little dirty and the beds gave us all sore backs every morning.
