On It Burgers Kings Cross

Juicy burgers, best light & crunchy onion rings in town...and the rich, smooth thickshake that'll satisfy any sweet cravings. Definitely go for the onion rings over the chips here. The chips aren't amazing but the onion rings are to die for. 10/10

My sister and I stumbled on this place by accident, and we're glad we did. They had giant print outside declaring them #6 worldwide on Uber Eats, but the restaurant is just as nice to eat in, honestly. The rnb beats were perfect and staff very attentive. And my sister and I both agreed they were the best burgers we had ever tasted. Just what we needed after walking around Sydney for the whole day!

Great experience. Amazing, friendly, attentive service. At a quiet Tuesday lunch they brought us free samples of their shakes. So good! Lovely burgers, American style with melted cheese. Try the lightly fried onion rings.

Good Burgers and tasty chips. Visited on Wednesday and they had free sides with the burgers.

Super yummy. My burger was reminescent of the frisco melt at steak n shake but with a tasty twist. Highly appreciate booth style seating and the open atmosphere + american-style friendly staff! In heart of Kings Cross. Two thumbs up.

Had a really great experience. Food was creative and well made, looked and tasted great. The menu was brilliant with all the names etc reflecting the vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling. definitely going back soon!

Have had mixed experiences from really good to disappointing. As my first experience was great ordered a few times after and have picked up as well as we walked by, always wondering why theres no customers while the burgers are great. Even advertised the place as best burgers ive had in my life. Unfortunately has gone downhill from there and too much disappointment now. Second time we've ordered, half the order was missing and the food was lukewarm. Called and they fixed it and we even received a new portion of warm fries. Third experience went in to pick up and one of the very nice and welcoming kitchen guys, i recognized from standing outside that day handing out vouchers, was told off by i guess a manager or a floorstaff member for talking to us and wanting to hand us our order from their open kitchen counter which apparantly wasn't allowed. Last time now as it was half an hour over the delivery time tried to call them up to 4 times to ask how long it would take. No response, just a voicemail that didnt make sense and even made it seem like it was closed, leaving me thinking i wouldnt even receive the order. 10 min later it did arrive but everything was just cold... but really cold, the fries were everywhere in the bottom of the bag and the onion rings were soggy of the oil... My appetite was gone because of the waiting, the frustration and because I just lost faith in my favorite burger place.

Really nice location has flair and nice staff. The menus are really funny and full of puns, and the burgers are great. The fries we're also really good. We got chilled water for free and they even refilled when we emptied the jug. Id recommend it to everyone whos in the area, but it is hard to find. Its inside a café called mug life, which itself has the name only written inside. On the outside theres no real name printed at all.

My favourite burger in Sydney! The staff are super nice and the food is amazing! Highly recommend the Bacon Jammy, or if you're really hungry go for "The Nod"

it's not special so i don't remember taste. but i remember that their service was very kind.
