This place is seriously magical! Booked a couples spa package for myself and my mum who was visiting from NZ. Wish we'd booked the half day package! Views are stunning, outside decking area has comfortable spots for loungers for relaxing, infinity pool is heated and so nice even in the rain! Spa was the perfect temperature and so relaxing. Treatments were amazing. I had a facial and my mum had a massage. You feel like you're actually getting away but only 20minutes from the M1. Highly recommend it and we'll be back!

Had the most fabulous day of pampering and relaxation with my daughter. Can highly recommend the half day package and would absolutely be back! High tea needs some work ladies, there is so much available on your doorstep, support small local business and up your game, it's the weak spot in making this place perfect.

Very disapointed with the value for money and being basically ushered out of the place the minute our treatments where finished. Also very upset to learn that my friends were each charged an extra fee to be able to stay and wait half an hour after their treatments for my treatment to end.

We were celebrating my daughter's 40th birthday, 5 of us all together.. couldn't get in until 2.30pm. After being ushered to our hot tent in the patio we asked if the rain covers could be taken off. We were met with our host stating " but the rain will come in" we stressed that it was okay as we were boiling. During the booking process the spa was advised numerous times that there would be 1 gluten intolerant person as to make sure I would be catered for. Each of us spent $289 for the experience. When our high tea came out we we're all hungry. The sandwiches looked nice and fresh but there was nothing gluten free. After asking our host where was the gluten free she replied, gluten free bread isn't very nice. We usually serve salad instead. Okay but I'm not vegetarian she then must have thrown sime rocket a couple if cherry tomatoes a processed sliced of cheese but hey it was rolled up. Half an avocado sliced chunky pesto and mayo and oily dressing. I don't eat avocado and when asked how things were, I remarked that the salad wasn't edible. So there started our"host" refuting everything not just myself but my daughter's also said. The deserts weren't gluten free but hey the cheesecake is she replied. Whooping big whole blueberries was what was going the little bit of cheese cake together. I guess I can get you a fruit platter she replied, pineapple which I replied I can't eat that. She is got a couple of strawberry half a mango mushy berries. She got someone else to deliver that to me. My question is, why would she not say, I'm sorry there must have been a mixup I will see what I can get you. What can you eat.. I don't usually get this worked up but tbis "host" refuted everything we said. The massage ladies saved our day (so to speak) as we didn't get out of there till 6.45pm. We have been once before and it was okay. A lot of sitting around waiting.. substandard for the money paid. I WONT BE BACK...

Not value for money! 1. Facilities - Don't bother paying for facilities. The spa and sauna are old, positioned around the side of the house where you feel like you're just at a mates spa. It was odd. Also not so hygienic, it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The sauna is suitable for 1 x person. It's very small and just not what i imagined. The main pool is nice along with the treatment rooms. 2. Privacy - At a spa it's nice to feel relaxed and private, and i'm sure they were trying to cut on staff costs but they had our spa time the same as another couple, so we would do spa together, pool together, and begin our treatments together. Just didn't feel very private and relaxing. 3. Massage - The misuse was hopeless! I requested medium to firm and had informed her mid massage to please be more firm and the entire massage it was as if she was just rubbing oil into my skin. She didn't seem very trained as she didn't make any attempt to work on the problem areas in my back. My partner complained of the same, waste of money! 4. Products - The products they use here are cheap. I don't have any allergies to products or sensitive skin, however after i had the facial my skin broke out severely and had to go see a skin specialist costing me time and money. 5. Food - The food was nice, i enjoyed the sandwiches, however request to eat after your massage as they feed you 20 minutes before going into a massage, bad idea for a number of reasons. I'm a business owner myself and was so looking forward to spending the day at a spa to rejuvenate. However was left disappointed with the value for money.
